SMC Promotions - Tom Bosley

Does anyone remember those TV infomercials where Tom Bosley used to pitch SMC (Specialty Merchandise Corp - a company which enticed members to purchase membership kits, and in turn to sell miscellaneous products and knick-knacks to other consumers).  It was supposed to get you rich, Rich, RICH!!!  But it turned out that it was just a big scam.

I was trying to find someone from Ohio who signed up with SMC in 2010 or earlier -- looking for someone who would be willing to get in touch with me (away from FC) and talk to me about it.  But with so many FC'ers obviously interested in making money online, I thought there might be some here who got scammed by SMC.
