Was that the cat that had most of its "openings" glued shut?  If so, I'd consider the reward money put to good use if it helps them catch the sick & twisted person that did that.  I'd love to hear that person got caught & some real justice was served, instead of just a slap on the wrist.  Intentional animal abuse is supposed to be a felony in all 50 states, now they just need judges to enforce that.  Abusers should receive the exact same abuse they "dish out", so they can see how they like it!!

It breaks my heart about this cat and all the other animals who get abused. Some people are just so cruel to animals. I think the money should be donated to the SPCA.
