I bring a lunch to work everyday and eat at my desk. I usually bring fruits and vegetables so I eat healthy.

Yes! I avoid cafeteria chaos: Junk food. My lunch box contains healthier food options.

I usually pack my lunch the night before because I am always rushing in the morning.

I use to always pack mine the night before. I have not worked for years because of my medical problems but that is what I use to do.

My hours vary from day to day so I am usually making a sandwich about an hour before I leave.

I can't eat while at work. When I did I would lose interest and feel tired of being there. It hindered my performance, so I'd take my break to go on a quick shopping trip or to the bank rather than getting food. I'd eat once I got home and cooled the jets from working.

Yes, saves you a lot of $$$$$$$ to bring your own lunch.

Pack part it of the night before (anything that doesn't have to be refrigerated) then have the other items such as yogurt, fruit or veggies on a shelf in the frig ready to go the next morning.  We don't have a cafeteria so it is cheaper to bring lunch.
