every free/no cc needed offer

I think I've tried EVERY single offer that doesn't require a trial offer (credit card on file) or a purchase and i've ran out of offers to do with the exception of the daily offers (and usually only qualify for 2 of the 3).  I only got credit for maybe 1/4 of the offers that I completed.  I'm not seeing any new offers, and i'm basically stuck with the small amount of $ that i've been credited with (but is not enough to cash out).  getting frustrated.

 I have tried a lot of them, and I can't remember which ones I've clicked on and I heard that if you submit an offer twice, you won't get credit at all.  IS THAT TRUE?
