Hey,

I decided to let my money build up before my first attempt to cash out.

I was not able to cash out at the end of January because they said I needed to fill out a W-9 form. Once I filled out the form they could not verify my info, and said I needed to do a fax identification method instead.

The process for the fax identification method is not posted anywhere on the site.

I sent in a support ticket over a week ago and have also tried calling the number that I found on Google, but still no help nor response.

I just want to be able to cash out before I loose funds.

Has anyone else had this happen? If so, how does their support staff system operate?

What is their normal response time to a "Support Ticket"?

Thanks in advance to anyone that have information.

Cash out at the last day of the month.  The cashout does not approve until on or about the 20th of the following month.  Ex.  Cashout January 31, will get approve on or around February 20th, then sent out and received by the 24th.  That is my experience.  Support takes a  few days to respond.  I have never had any issues with W-9.  Have you made more then $600 for tax purposes

never had any problems...
usually they reply to the tickets within 4-5 days... they are not that fast...

if nothing works, try to open another ticket.. don't give up!

Just be patient, I am sure you won't loose the money you made.

I do have their fax number but you're suppose to send them a cover letter that has your member id on it

I thought something should popup when you try to cashout and will take you to the link. I haven't done it since 2014 so I can't remember how to get to it exactly anymore

Hey,

I did not get a link to redirect to anything.

I am currently over $600 with this cash out and I don't want to loose any funds while I am sitting waiting for support to respond.

If there anyway you can pass along that fax number to me I really appreciate that.

OAN, I will like to Thank you all for the help.

I see that you joined Fusion Cash last September? How did you make over $600 in four months? Maybe FC thinks that something is not up and up with your account. Maybe that is why you have not heard back?

I believe I have to agree with you.  This site is designed for smaller earnings over an extended period of time.  Anything over that may require tax information from Fusion Cash.  Anything under around $50 a month will probably keep things under the 'radar'.

Everything that I do on this site is legit and within all guidelines.

I do both the paid and free offers. Also, I inform people when they inquiry about Fusion Cash.

Fusion Cash has a referral bonus if someone is introduce through your link.

I just work hard and decided to wait and let my funds build before I withdraw.

Their support can look at that through the system and realize that.

I just want to be able to withdraw my funds before the funds disappear because of the time limit.

Your money shouldn't expire if you tried to cashout and have a hold.

https://www.fusioncash.net/telephone.php?mode=faxid

That should be the link to get you to your cover letter and the number is on there.
