I am trying to get back into juicing. What kind of fruits and veggies do you juice?

I use either strawberries or a banana for fruit. Then I like to mix in spinach and/or kale into it mixed with some water, just for a drink. If I want some protein I'll use soy milk.

When I was making smoothies, I would usually use some kind of greens like spinach, romaine lettuce, or kale. Then I would add fruits like bananas, oranges, and frozen berries.

Bananas, frozen strawberries, and wheat grass with a little honey as needed.

Anything really! Apples provide a lot of juice so I would definitely use them!

I just tried juicing recently! I have used celery, ginger, apples, grapes, carrots, and pineapple. I would definitely like to try more soon.

We do apples, watermelon and pineapple for our fruit. Carrots, cucumbers and kale for our vege juice. But in both we always add an inch of ginger root because it is a very good cancer fighter and preventative. Bananas are good I a smoothie in the blender but don't do well in a juicer, they jut smash up and don't juice. Which cause the juicer to plug up very fast.

I usually do vegetable juicing. I like to keep it simple - kale, spinach, ginger, cucumber, celery, lemon, green apples.

If you're not familiar with juicing, you may want to youtube that phrase and you'll get all kinds of videos on the subject.

It's a good way to get your veggies (or fruits) in without eating them one at a time.
