Negative Number Ratings

If you were allowed to rate someone or something less than zero (0) that you couldn't stand, would you do it? Sometimes, I imagine rating something -1,000,000,000 if it makes me furious.

 Rating something or someone in a negative manner: Just say minus 1,2,3...or negative 1,2,3...
In your illustrations just say: Minus 1,000,000,000.

There have been a couple of people in my life I would have rated that low, however, I just simply eliminated them from my life and try to keep a positive attitude towards them if I allow them to enter my mind.

In the internet comment world you can just put -1
That has the same impact as adding the additional 000s

Exactly! And if you truly want to rate other things there is the internet for reviews that you can write one for.

I'm with you. A simple thumbs up or down is sufficient for me.

I see a score of 0 as sufficient enough information to know the person or product sucks, if I were rating anything. I give products terrible reviews on surveys all the time when they suck. Most people just play yes man. If I think the product sucks, I tell them.
