Tingling/numbness in your hands

Do you exerprience tingling/ numbness in your hands? I have carpel tunnel
Bad in both hands. My hand even tingling if i hold my cell phone in my
hand too long.

some people have tingling with arthritis too.
maybe you could get a blue tube [same as a Bluetooth] and have hands off.

If you have a lot of these symptoms and reduced hand functionality, have you considered carpal tunnel surgery where they release that nerve?  Many people have success from this surgery; however, to be truthful, I have heard some people state they haven't received a great deal of relief. Repetitive movements and vibration are often responsible.  Sometimes just changing your hand position and resting your hands intermittently while doing a task can help somewhat.
