It may just be me, but aside from a few typos, I don't see anything wrong with this ad or see anything that is outright misleading.
It is definitely misleading for those who don't know what these sites are all about. They make it seem like these are normal data entry jobs, not just filling out your contact information when you sign up for free trials and surveys. You aren't getting paid for filling out the form, you are getting paid for trying out the offers.  There's a big difference.

This  FC ad is misleading.  I don't recal seeing this particular ad.  It imakes it sound like you can quit your day job and make a full time income here.
