UH, no the customer is not always right.  Too many of them are nasty, discourteous and just down right rude.  If that woman wants a funny card, tell her sure you will make a funny card, but it will still cost to make it.

That's the saying, but I don't believe it stands anymore. So many times I was treated poorly.

Well,sadly the customer is always right IF you really want to keep that customer and any other friends or relatives she might bring into the business.  Of course as a business owner the one thing that must be done is to be specific about what the customer wants before creating the item asked for.
