I have been doing offers and they pay me then the next day the money is gone. I had $13 dollars in offers now I have
$12.03 . I have not been doing offers and surveys. This keeps happening if it keeps up I will never be able to cash out.

Offers expire after 180 days. If you haven't been active and cashing out it's most likely that. You can always look at your account page and see if it's denied or expired credit. If it's going down like that it's more likely expired credits though
