Only time I eaten crawfish was from a buffet.. Maybe later I would visit the south and have a crawfish boil

I have never eaten crawfish.  I'm in the Midwest, so any crawfish I think of are those we found in the creeks when I was a kid.

They look like small lobsters, but not red colored, so I imagine they would be good if fixed right.

I love shrimp.  Lobster is ok.

If I were at a locale known for their crawfish, I would try it.
