well i need total help like i get money for the surveys but it says requirements do i have to do the requirements to get the money?

yes. if it says register and complete entire survey you must do everything or you will not get credited. same goes for any type of offer. just do what it says under the offer and more often then not you will get credited

pretty much.
like some sites say register and thats it. If all it says is register then you dont need to do anything after but if it says register and complete the survey then you must do both to get credit
