I missed them, but from the highlights I think I'm okay with that. Looked kind of "flat".

I don't really care for the closing ceremonies.  The games are over and that's that.

I didn't watch. It was hard enough trying to get hubby to watch the gymnastics and swimming, but he did enjoy them once into the games. Thank heavens there were only summer repeats with his regular shows.  :)

I didn't watch them.  We don't have live TV anymore so I missed most of the Olympics.

about as interesting as the opening ones.  Not really crazy about either one.  But japan looks to be more interesting tho.

They almost put me to sleep.  I did doze off a few times.

I did see some -- music, dancing {dedicated to lace making} and all those spiraling colors -- but it's a let down when it's over ... rather boring.  You find you miss that intensity the Events brought into your home.

My favorite part of the closing ceremonies was getting excited for Tokyo 2020. Their presentation was awesome, Prime Minister Abe morphed into Super Mario and went into a tunnel (a nod to the game). It was really futuristic and I think they will deliver a great opening ceremonies in 4 years.
