I enter a lot of sweepstakes but I no longer enter contests for free trips to other countries because I just don't feel comfortable or safe going outside the US.  Face it I'm not sure I feel safe here much less anywhere else.  How about you?  If offered a free trip to Paris or another country would you feel safe going?

You can't let things that happen in other country's detour you from doing things you want to do. But doesn't mean you can't use caution when choosing a destination if you win a contest. Just avoid areas where there been a lot of action that has hurt a lot of people latley because it seems like places like that are targeted for a while and a lot of other places are left alone.

I have very little desire to travel abroad. There  are a few places where it might be nice to visit, but there are so many places in the U.S. that I haven't seen and would like to...  Of course terror/danger can find us anywhere, but I still feel safer staying in country.

Me, either!!  I used to want to travel the world but not any more.  Americans aren't very safe outside of our country.

I enter sweeps every day!  I just won $1,000 in Delta Airlines Gift Cards last week!  Going to Vegas in December to chaperone my niece's basketball team.
Have a wonderful day!

I would be content to restrict travel to the USA, but my wife would love to travel to other countries, so we are going to London this year.

Only try to travel in the US by car and on cruises.  I have been to a few countries but now the  flights damage my ears and it's no longer worth it.

I have been to Europe 3 times, there are other countries I would love to visit one day.  I would travel outside of USA but it would depend on the country.
