you hear about so many people breaking a hip.
I saw an article that talked about hip flexers.
That explains why certain exercises are helpful.
I appreciate more understanding in any area of life.

This is interesting....I have never heard of hip flexers, I must do some research to get more information on this subject.  It sounds like something that would be of benefit to me.   :) :) :) :)

It makes sense. There are so many elderly people with hip problems; it might be a good idea to start working on hip strength while we are younger to possibly prevent any damage later on in life. It's worth looking into.
