Not getting credit for surveys

I got approved for 2 surveys today and I did not get paid for them. I know one was for 75cents  and the other one I'm not sure.

If you happen to have any screenshots showing the completion page or last page, try submitting a ticket. Depending on the survey company, you might be able to submit directly to them as well. For example, Peanut Labs has their own ticket system.

Did you get the congratulations page after submitting? What browser did you use?

As the previous member suggested, open up a support ticket giving FC as much information as you can.

In the future, leave the page open for a  few minutes after getting the congratulations page. Be certain to take your time when you do a survey because if you go too fast, the computer may not keep nor count your survey. It might get thrown out by the computer and there will be no record of you having taken it.
