No.  These diseases make too much money for drug dealers aka (pharma) to find a cure for.  Why would they?  They'd go out of business if everyone was cured.  There'd be no reason to make new drugs.

I wish they would. But sadly I would have to agree no they wont. My mother in law is in stage 4 cancer. The pharmacy and doctors are making way to much money off of her as well as others who have this horrible disease. I know there are some real nice people somewhere actually wanting to try but without backup and money they are unable.

Well, considering that it's usually researchers and doctors that find the cures and not pharmaceutical companies, I think that we will eventually.  I think it is much more likely to find one for either HIV or AIDS.  There has been a great deal of very promising research.  Cancer on the other hand, has many causes and many types.  It is unlikely that there would be a cure for 'cancer'.  Rather, if someone finds a cure for it, it is more likely that it will cure one or several types.

AIDS, there are too many different types of cancer - you can have cancer of almost any part on your body.  There are politics involved I believe, but I think they will eventually find something to cure either.  Of course, who knows what will replace those as killers if cures are found.

  YES!!! Of course they'll find a cure.. It might take 100 years.. but look what we had 100 years ago... We didn't have much!!!!And look what we have now!!! When I was born, a lot of people had polio.. now how many people have it ?

Because the company that funds and discovers the cure for either is going to become even more ridiculously rich overnight...


On the subject, yes, there will be a cure at some point in the future.  Probably much faster if people stop making up random conspiracy theories.
