I don't think I have ever had to contact support over an issue with this site.  If so, it had to be so minor that I don't remember.

It's possible FC is doing upgrades or updates which may affect you getting paid. There are more people on FC trying to make a little money, so that maybe why there is a backup on your being paid.  Hope all goes well to get paid.

I just don't seem to get some of the money from the videos I do, or some of the surveys I have completed.

I had this problem one time but it was resolved quickly. it was for my tax purpose. I had to give them my SS number so i can cashout. it was worth it.
