I love that, thank you for sharing! I especially love, "...now wiser  because I learned..." That is so true. We all make mistakes but its when we learn from those mistakes and make a change that we truly become wiser.

Great attitude to have.  I feel the same way. I have found it's more difficult watching my own children figure this out...and now I get where my parents came from shaking there heads just waiting for me to "get it."
