there are many times in life when we have to start over.
there are various reasons.
our bodies change as we age.
it can be mysterious and sometimes hard to figure out.

I dont always like fresh starts, that means having to give up things that are comfortable in our lives

Moving to another country for me was an experience just because I had to re-establish myself.

Sometimes the best thing to do is start over. There are many ways to start over as well. Relationships that have gone sour, friendships that aren't healthy. Even moving to another location works. For some, every day is a fresh start to make a difference.
