French bread is great and very versatile with meals. It really finishes a meal. I think baguette is my favorite. And also, it's hard enough that it can be used as for self defense, lol.

i enjoy the garlic frenchbread, but it is also easy to make your own. There is a recipe i enjoy that uses plain frenchbread a lot of processed cheese and ground beef, its like a giant cheeseburger type thing. very good, and also bad for you lol.
