HELP NEWBIE QUESTION

So I cashed out last month and it said to expect payment on or before November 20th and the payment is still pending. Is this normal? Its my first time cashing out and have it set to be paid to my paypal account. Was hoping the funds would be here in time to treat myself to some shopping for Black Friday. Any help would be greatly appreciated. thanks!

To answer your question, this isn't normal. FC payments are always on time or early and I'm sure if they needed to delay it for any reason they would give us notice. I'm sorry you're experiencing this and to help you figure out what's happening we need to know a few things first... Have you completed your profile fully here? If you did, is all the information correct (like real contact info, full name etc)? Is the PayPal account your personal account or does it belong to a friend or family member? Is the PayPal account verified?

MissyKj999- Yes I completed all my profile information stuff. My paypal is verified and belongs to me. Just wanted to bring it up on the chance anyone who moderates these could bring it to the attention of someone to see whats taking so long. Its only a cash out of around 80-85 dollars but I still am hoping I get paid

You will get paid but you might want it deposited into your bank account instead.  I use PayPal for other sites and have no problems and if I want I can transfer money from my bank to PayPal anytime

You may need to go ahead and send in a support ticket. They should be able to tell you exactly what's going wrong. I've had an issue with my request button not working properly and they helped me, didn't take long. I also have my payments sent to Pal and since your answers to my questions are exactly as they should be, I have no idea why you're having a rough time. I truly hope you're able to get to the bottom of this, that's a great payment amount! Good luck to you!

Oh sometimes it takes time to verify.. Can always contact PayPal too.

Got paid today!! woohoo!!!!  I ended up making a support ticket just as a way of making sure they had everything from me to send the payment and that I didn't overlook anything. Shouldn't be a problem in the future now that everything is verified. FUSIONCASH RULES!

you will most likely get paid around the 18th, but to be sure check the info to see what month your cashout is pending for.

i would send in a help ticket because you typically get payment between the 18th and the 21st of the month when using paypal.  i have never had an issue getting my payment this way and it is always on time.

I was about to say, if you complete all your profile and with paypal, usually get paid before the month of 20th.  But Congratulations! for your cash out, keep up.

Hopefully you got that issue worked out because that isn't normal. I have always received my payment on or before the 20th of the month.  I hope it worked out for you.
