Yoga medics

Has anyone who suffers from chronic pain attended a Yoga Medics class recommended
by their doctor? I am considering taking a class, but I was wondering if it has
helped anyone with their pain.

i have never heard of them...but with my back pan i would be willing to try them..

I will have to try that I get extreme pain alot

I've never heard of them but I practice yoga a few times a week and it has immensely helped with a lot of back/neck pain and arthritis in my wrists. I also just feel generally better.

It's worth trying a class. There are so many different types of yoga practices that fit different needs.

I have heard that anything low impact like yoga or pilates can be good for pain issues. I have not personally tried either though because they are not offered at convenient times or locations where I live. Good luck!
