I haven't really tried any because every product I use seems to work the opposite. I will try the so called diet pills and it makes me tired and hungry instead of energetic

I'm not a fan of weight loss products. It is all about changing your routine.
Key things you can do to lose weight.
-Increase activity
-Eat in moderation - doesnt mean a drastic change but less than you eat now
-Don't eat after 7pm at night
-Get Sleep

Gallbladder removal surgery!  I had the procedure done a week ago today, and I am down about five pounds or so since then.  LOL!

I won't take pills and potions.  I did succeed at doing some inner work, had a breakthrough and released a lot of negative stuff so I'm finding my joy.  Now the emotional eating is gone, I'm taking better care of myself and have lost a size. 

It's true - eat better and move more.

I tried green tea diet pills this year to lose weight.I also joined weight watchers.
