I think that Clint Eastwood has a lot of great lines in movies.  I like his final scene in "The Unforgiven".

Not that it's my favorite but it's the first one that comes to mind.  "I'll be back." I just watched Terminator salvation and caught one of the actors saying, "I'll be right back."   Found that little twist a bit funny.
