Centenarians
« on: October 25, 2015, 10:28:09 am »
My grandpa turned 104 years old today. His mind is just as sharp as ever and he doesn't use a cane. Do any of you know any friends, family, or acquaintances who are at least 100 years old and still living?

My husbands aunt was 107 when she died 2 years ago. Mentally she was very sharp, but physically she was failing following a fall and hip break. Always starts with a hip break!

His grandmother lived to high 90s, so i guess some longevity runs in his family.

My husband is almost 70.  He is often mistaken for 50!  He enjoys dancing and going out a lot.  Most people don't believe he is as old as he is!  I can see him still dancing at 100!!!  EASY!

I have an aunt on my dad's side who is 99 so she's almost there. Will be 100 next June. Would be awesome if she makes it to that.

No, I don't - my mother had Alzheimer's, so it's always wonderful to hear of someone with a sharp mind at that age!  God bless him!
