I didn't do the Twitter offer when it was 8 cents, cause I figured it would go up. So I did it when it was 10 cents. Now it's up to 13 cents and will probably increase further. Why can't you award whatever increase you put on an offer retroactively? Instead I have to guess how much it will increase and when it will end. ::)
