When you have to take a dish to pass for any kind of function, whether family or otherwise, what do you often take?

Have two that i usually take,,,,,,,,,,   Homemade meatballs  and deviled eggs.  Deviled eggs are easy and the meat *bleep* can be eaten hot or cold so they are hit in summer or winter.throw your favorite sauce over them and your ready  :)

i suppose potato salad or lazona can't seem to spell that right .Or if dessert brownies or cake. Sometimes just say you'll bring chips and dip. easy seems to be the good thing to do,easy for you.

It's lasagna. Say it phonetically in your mind (la-sag-na) and then you'll be able to spell it correctly. That's my trick.  8)

I know you didn't ask the question. I'm just offering it up as food for thought.  :notworthy:

Homemade Mac & Cheese.   Nieces and nephews love it so I bring it so I can be the aunt getting the most hugs!

It's usually a big pot of chili with some shredded cheddar cheese on the side. It's popular with adults and kids alike and it feeds a lot of people.
