I too have been looking for a legitimate at home data entry job. There are some good companies out there, but finding them and getting accepted is another story.. there are a lot of people who quickly fill those positions. If you find out more.. that would be great if you could share.

I have tried several of these pay to join places with no luck so far.  I have not tried this particular one yet, but looking at there site I noticed something that was a bit of a red flag to me that it was just like the others I joined like my-data-team.  When they showed screenshots of the forms they have you use the first one looks an awful lot like a craigslist posting window.  I cant be positive because u cannot zoom in on it but it looks awfully similar.  Which to me would say stay away its just like my-data-team.  Where my-data-team did offer lists of company's hiring for data entry jobs and transcription jobs, most of the company's listed either were not taking applications at the time or wanted trained transcriptionists that already had transcription equipment. Maybe I just tried it at a bad time.. but the only thing that actually benefited me from joining the my-data-team was the training on how to do affiliate marketing.  I am not saying there are no home data entry jobs out there.. I am sure there are Ive known quiet a few people that have actually had the opportunity to work for such companies, its just fighting the battle of sifting through the scams to get to the good ones :)  If I had accomplished this as of yet I would gladly share my results but alas I am still fighting the Scam Battle. :)
Some tips when trying these programs:
1. Look for ones with trials...or money back guarantees
2. I personally prefer only trying ones that deal with paypal Im much more comfortable having paypal back me if i want my money back, then just handing out my CC number.
3. Don't fall victim to trusting fake testimonals, there are many sites out there that are affiliate links with fake testimonials.
4. Do some research on the net.  Usually when u find a site like this if u simply search the name of the company and the word scam and search you will find blogs and websites about other peoples experiences with said site.
Hope this helps :) and good luck fighting the battle of the scammers :)

I have seen a site called Westathome. This isn't really data entry. More like customer service or something. May not pay much either DOE. I think you actually work for another company on a W2 basis and you have to answer phone calls etc. But if you are good and become established you can probably do better. Anyway I think its free and looks legit.

Many women I know who are stay at home moms do West at Home, it's legit. I've never tried it because frankly, I was a telemarketer for some years in high school and I do NOT want to do phone work, even if it's just costumer service ;p

 Do they have any that you don't have to use your phone with?? I just have "LIFELINE", and I can only make local calls.
