I had a question about my Forum Bonus and submitted a support ticket.I submitted this ticket at about 11:30 pm (EDT) last night and got a reply from Support at 1:15 this afternoon with the information I needed.Good job,Support.Thanks!

I have had very good responses from support when I opened a ticket. I did not always get the answer that I wanted but my ticket was responded to in timely manner.

isnt it great when you get great support? So many other sites these days blah your waiting weeks and most dont respond anyways

I've never had a long wait with FC's support. I think the secret is just to be as clear and concise as possible in your tickets. It sounds like you did just that, nice work!

I do agree, they do very good job on support ticket, they response quick too

I've been fortunate, too, with their response time.  Sometimes I may not get the answer I want, but I always get a timely reply.
