No, thanks.  I don't want to go on a self-imposed Naked and Afraid.  I definitely like food.  Also, without enough sleep and if I get hungry enough, I can get crabby!!!

I have never not will I ever try this.  I have taught myself to reduce the Quantity of the food I eat as well as eat more Quality, and I might skip dinner if I had a big lunch, or skip lunch of I eat a late Breakfast but never stop eating for a whole day let along a week, that is bad for the Health
