I passed by this post several times and then curiosity got the better of me and I just had to look.  Well, as a place for punishment for wrong doing, your prison sounds just like a prison.  For rehab (if there is such a thing) not so much.  Plus I bet you wouldn't have the prison long because the inmates would just do each other in from boredom.   But, interesting assignment.  Wow.
