Why is it so hard sometimes to let go of people an things we dont need in our lifes? I been with my son dad now going on 8 years an we have had our ups an down an more downs then up im so ready to give up but something inside keeps holdin me back tellin me i need him i dont know what to do feelin confused  :-\

I think it's because often we're afraid of change and the unknown so we're willing to hang on....sometimes it's good to hold on, but often times, we have to understand it's okay to move on...
