I have never been able to get the payment proof to submit either.  I just kind of gave up on it.

Are you trying to post it in the right place or on the old place on the forum?

Check the size of the file and the image size! There's info on the page ladavia89 linked to, but  if your pic isn't being accepted make sure to carefully read that:
You'll have to upload an image which is 750KB or less. Ideally, images should be not exceed 1000px wide. Make sure to black out last names, postal addresses, email addresses, your account/routing number(s) and your signature/fingerprint.

Agree with skippymcnapper!  It does take me a little bit to do it but I am always able to get it to accept eventually.  I open mine in 'paint' and resize and save it there.  You can use the paint to black out your info but when I scan mine to my computer I just put a piece of paper over my info so it is already blacked out when I upload it.  I would say your sizing is the problem.  I'm not sure how you are uploading it but I do it from my printer and I have also resized it on my printer before I ever scanned it to my computer.  I just usually do it from paint because that seems to be quicker and easier than the printer.  Good luck!

I too use Paint to black out my info and then upload the file. Trial and error is the key.

I monkey around a lot sometimes.  :monkey:

I have never done this but would like to.  It IS a dollar for doing this and I would like to share my payouts.  However, why can't Fusion make this opportunity more user-friendly.  It seems like they are trying to make it difficult. For those barely computer-savvy, this could be overwhelming and difficult!!!

using all the new instructions and a lot of time taken. it has not submitted or worked to submit. so that's a dollar a month I sacrifice. why is it we can not copy and paste? that is just as good as though who have such updated equipment to put it into their computer so they can then upload it from browsing into a program that does not fit.

Can those who are having issues post specifically what is wrong? It's a fairly simple process and I'd like to help walk people through it
