i have an apple iphone. it sucks. its fun for the first few days when its new, but when its been yours long enough to start acting up, the fun quickly wears away. I am unable to do updates and have been told my many techincal support people that my phone is defective and the store will give me a new one. They even note my account, but when i get to the store (which, by the way the closest one is almost 2 hours away from where I live) they refuse to give me new equipment because it 'magically' works when i get to their store. the people in the store are rude, pompous and very condescending if you even look like you are confused by any of the jargen the spit at you. bottom line, even if ever grow to remotely love the phone, I will not keep it past my contract end date due to the terrible support and staff you're forced to deal with in the event you need help.
btw, I was graced with the pleasure of receiving a replacement phone the last time (there has been a total of three times to the store equaling 6 hours of drive time, over 1200 miles and three days of work lost) I went to the Apple store and this one has worked no more efficiently than the last. Updates do not come through and without updates, the phone doesnt work properly. I love Mac but they really didnt get it with this one.
