hairspray

hairspray never appealed to me.
it's sticky and smells [ all those wonderful chemicals- yuck.]

It used to be that Breck was the popular brand.
I have seen L'Oreal and Aussie brands on the market these days.

I've never really been into hair spray, never really had a purpose for it

In the past when I was younger I always used hairspray. But since I have aged I only use it if my hair won't stay in place which is about once every three months or longer.

I have never like the smell and or the feel of hairspray. In fact some of the ones out there make me cough so much. I admit I smoke once in a while and yes there is chemicals in it. But these people that use a load of hairspray and perfumes and are aftershave lotions do not seem to care about other peoples senses.  there are a few times at church that my eyes water up so bad and I cough because of all the scents.  So those of you that make a big stink of others smoking look at yourself also. I never smoke in any ones house or any business or where there is a crowd of people.

Aqua Net & Rave...... two I remember using some when I was a teenager but I never cared for them either.  I have a can of Aussie that I used once or twice.  It's not the brand though, I just don't like the way it feels on my hair.  Even my hairdresser knows not to use hairspray on my hair, it drives her nuts, but it's MY hair.  lol

I use an anti-humidity hairspray made by Garnier.  It keeps the static out of my hair and keeps it from frizzing up!  It has a very soft, move able  hold...very light not stiff!  I love the stuff!

I use hairspray, but only a very small amount, and usually not everyday.  I always buy the unscented cans.

I use a styling gel and sometimes, if its terribly humid out, I spray on this stuff that is supposed to keep the frizz away.  Basically, its hopeless. My hair springs forth into a fuzzball if someone even mentions the word frizz.
