My son is turning 10 on monday the 19th any ideas for a great bday party for ten year old

Well I don't know your son however I do have a ten year old and he likes nerf guns and legos. A friend of mine also has a 10 year old and he also likes legos and nerf guns so she held an indoor nerf gun party. She collected huge boxes (these turned out to be bunkers) and bought her own sons collections of nerf guns to play with. We all had a blast! Then when the kids left, she had purchased all the of them a lego construction toy. Just an idea.

I am not sure where you are located but if is warm enough you can always try some outside games. This way they are not ripping apart the inside of your house.

How about a bowling party or if you're lucky enough to have a nearby skating rink that could be fun.  The next town from us has a place in the mall that is like laser tag, I think.  Its dark and you go thru mazes is about all I know about it but kids that age sure do go there a lot.

For my daughter's 10th birthday we went horseback riding... I had T-shirts made for everybody too...

Most boys will like anything where they get cake and presents.  Make it easy on yourself.
