Log in problem

I've noticed that almost every time I try to log in, it tells me my info is incorrect. I know I'm putting everything in correctly because I've been making sure to see what's going on. I put in the same info the second time and it lets me in. Is anyone else having to log in twice before it lets them into their account?

I had this problem a year or so back. Don't recall how I resolved it, though...have you tried contacting support directly? Maybe they can tell you why that's happening.
