Coupons in PTC

After a couple weeks, still no resolution for the coupon problems.

Support has given me suggestions, which I tried, and nothing helped. The last email received today gave another suggestion and asked 2 questions stating if I wanted to reply to them, to "click here." I did, but they closed the ticket, so how to reply without opening ANOTHER ticket because I had to reopen this problem 4 times already.

if support reads these posts, I would like to tell them that:
1.   I know the difference between enlarging and shrinking the screen size and I did enlarge it per your suggestion.
2.   I always turn Ad Block off when coming to FC because I know it interferes with some videos and other tasks.
3.   I am not using a "zoom" setting. It's set to 90%. I do get the message about my "zoom" is enlarged, but I've checked all places that the setting may be hiding and they're all set to 90%-100%.

So, there is no help for the coupon bar and now I have to waste extra time on the advertiser's site instead of here on FC. That's disappointing.

 I don't bother with the coupons on FC, I don't think you get paid for them like you do with Inbox Dollars. Other than that, I love the rest of the site!

I'm sorry about the closed ticket.  You are always welcome to open a new one or just reply by email to any existing (even closed) ticket.

After examining your screenshot a little more I realized that you're on windows XP.  Leaving aside the fact that that operating system is no longer supported and likely to get more and more vulnerable to viruses and attack -- there are some complicated options for font sizes on XP.  You can actually change them in three different places.  Please see this link and attempt to return all font size adjustments to their default or 'normal' values.  I think it will fix the issue for you: http://blog.chron.com/helpline/2005/12/my-fonts-are-too-big/

I also do not bother with the coupons, sometimes they do not work for me either....
