ive been getting credit for my surveys however like others have said the past 2 days i have tried videos multiple times and am still not getting credit... so im not sure whats up. the surveys are crediting fine though for me at least

We have made a lot of noise here at the Forum,
the administration will come forward and tell
us they are working on it. The site is still on
so we can hope everything will be fine.

I don't know anything about attack but I have a lot of trouble with the search tool bar. The results are virtually nothing now. I'm almost ready to remove the tool bar because I think it may be interfering with my internet access. I have Firefox but often get no service and it says the the server "freecause" cannot be found. Is freecause connected to the tool bar?

I am having difficulty doing anything today, I keep getting "page not found" errors for the DCE and PTC. If it does load it takes forever.

I'm having trouble as well.  I was finally able to do the PTC but it took about 15 minutes to complete due to slow loading pages.  I think I'll take a break from FC for an hour or two and try again later.  I'm sure they'll resolve the problem as quickly as they can.

I've had no task credit for 2 days now.

I posted about this under the "Support" section.  I've received emails from FC telling me my Account was credited with the completed Tasks, yet my Account does not show these credits.  Today, I sent in a support ticket.

I am not Receiving credit for Tasks and Surveys i have been doing yesterday and today either, this does not feel good at all. I am not in the mood to do any more. FC please fix this problem for us soon.

Well I see this thread was from a few days ago, but now I have completed a survey yesterday (a long one like 45 min) and today a quick one (I would have quit if it was going to be long after yesterday) and no credit for either one (there is no dq penny either so...) I sent a support ticket yesterday but I am not real hopeful (I am sure it will just be "tough luck").  I had hoped to cashout this month, but there is barely enough to get the .05 for the ptc most days.  I am not smart enough for any tasks other than the survey ones (been expelled enough on what ought to have been simple).  I really need a survey.

I have been having trouble with the site for a couple of weeks now.  Today is the first day that I finally had some time to see if anyone else is having trouble too and I see I'm not alone.  At first I was it is like no big deal, they will get this taken care of, but now enough is enough.  There have been countless offers I have completed and not been credited for.  Sure do hope this is taken care of soon and that somehow we get the credits we earned.

I've been noticing these same problems across the board on other sites as well...videos don't load properly or don't credit, surveys that go kaflooey....I think its the New Year Gremlins.  I will certainly be happy when things settle down everywhere ;-)
