Radioloyalty earnings from August being denied.

I'm not happy with radioloyalty. I got some of my credits revoked too. This is just unacceptable.

I haven't had credits revoked (yet), but I've been having my account locked for no reason.  I stopped using RL for a while after they locked my account for no reason about a year ago.  I just started using again last month and after 2 sessions (2 different days), was locked again.  No explanation.  When I worked with the RL loyalty team to get my account reinstated, they also mentioned a RL account I had through another GPT site was also locked a few months earlier.  Thing is - I haven't used that RL account, so how could that account be locked for "suspicious" activity.

I have a feeling one of their system upgrades introduced a bug in their system that is causing these various issues.  I've been trying to work with their contact person to provide detailed information as to the browsers and accounts being used, prior to the account being suspended in hopes they will forward the information to their technical team to research where the bug in their system is to fix it.

All I can say is this is way more headache that it's worth.  I'm giving them one more chance if they re-open my account again.  If I get locked out a 3rd time for no reason, I will not be using their service anymore as it's way too much effort to get it re-opened.

It's a pity too - I used to be a very loyal listener of their service, then about a year ago, things started going downhill fast on that site.
