No, but my sister and I were talking recently about how our father goes through phases where he'll say a certain word or expression as much as possible. "Edifying," "advantageous," "it is what it is," "your perception is reality," are all very good examples!!!!

There are 2 that I use a lot
one is everything in moderation (it works for food and in life)
The second is don't worry everything works out for the best(even if it is not the way we planned it)

My favorite saying is "whatever goes around, comes around". The first time I heard it, it was on a movie from decades ago, The Hand that Rocks the Cradle! I didn't really know what it meant at the time but now I realize it means whatever you shell out will come back to haunt you! The other saying I like is "Better the Devil you know than the Devil you don't".
