High blood pressure

I have had HBP for years.  I've taken prescription medications and tried to watch my diet.  I'm finally getting it to go down a  little with an added new script in addition to the old one.

I take meds. one for the HBP and another one for a/fib, that one makes me dizzy and I will be glad when the doctor takes me off of it. Right now I am undergoing testing because all of a sudden it seems my thyroid is way out of kilter.  And the specialist thinks that is why the a/fib happened. 2 more test and then find out what is wrong. . Prayers have been given all over town. Plus lots at home for nothing bad to be wrong.
