You can only have one account per household.....check out the  TERMS OF SERVICE link at the bottom of the page. It will also tell you anything else you need to know.

Just 1, check out the rules and t.o.s and I believe you CAN share an account with a household member as long there is nothing multiple.

just 1, which is smart so that people dont make like 5 accounts and do the same offers for each one
