I think it's important to be knowledgeable about all the GMO products, so they can be avoided as much as possible.  I try to eat organic food as much as possible.

Good for you!! I hope it all comes out great. I never could do that. I would be too nervous that something would come up and I wouldn't be able to get tit done. You obviously work better under pressure. That's great in this high pressure world.
