Has anyone had trouble with the radio freezing? It plays one commercial then freezes on me today...frustrating!

I had the radio going all day. However tonight all I get is a gray page. I check it now and then but it's been like that about an hour now.

right before i put in the code it resets it self wasting 30 min like to go back to the 10 min
