getting harder to earn on FC

how do you get ahold of support on fusion cash. I am ready to go viral about them scamming us to do complete surveys and then take the credit for having completed the surveys. I don't see a support ticket. I only see this which they never answer. Im sure fusion got paid for the last survey I competed as it said you have completed the survey. then fusion came in with there you just earned one penny deal. that's 3 times now and Im ready to spread the news that this place is not working or paying you properly if I am not finally respected here. does anyone know how to get fusion to personally talk to you.

the big get help button

Sometimes the "big get help button" doesn't help either. I put in a ticket for something 4 (FOUR) times for the SAME problem and they 'closed' it out without so much as bothering to credit or even answer the reason why I didn't get credit. It was a nice big credit, too. So I haven't used the "big get help button" since.

BTW, I did the Saturday contest last week and never got credit, and when I asked why, my whole post was deleted! So, that's the kind of answer that was given for that item.

be positive not neg if positive the work flow is up to you but there plenty to do here on FC good luck don't give up

i finally qualified for a survey after a long time of trying. I only got 9 cents for it. This is the same advertisement survey that used to give 75 cents. That's very depressing after waiting days to qualify for a survey.

The commercial ones on peanut lab are usually only one commercial which is why the payment is much lower

I haven't qualified much for surveys this month, then again I haven't had much time on the computer, I only have 13.00 so far this month and I've been cashing out every month so hopefully I will reach 30.00 by the end of the month.

Mine was like 6 or 7 commercials, not just one.

That's weird then. I've taken a few commercial surveys in the past week and I've still gotten the normal $.75.  I lowest I've ever seen for  a full commercial survey is $.35

It's the same for me. I do what I want to do to earn. So For me it's always difficult.

I have been feeling the opposite.  I've actually felt that it is easier than it's been in the past to earn.  I can always find something to do.  I don't keep RL on all day, but I do listen to it a lot.  I love their oldies station.  They have the best songs from my past! I find that I can earn quite a few cents watching the videos.  It helps to check at different times during the day because there are always new ones available.

I guess I can see what you are saying, but it all depends on what you do, how often and what you expect.  For me I really have not much time, but I do at least the minimum everyday and a few surveys when I can.  I try to do my 30 post a month and post my payment when I get paid.  Most of the time I cash out about $35 to $40 every other month.

I see a difference, but it's just me. I went from making at least 25/mo with most I think about 35. Now it's taken me days to get just a couple dollars. I have a massive list of DQ's and the "sign up here" offers are not crediting. (Yes I made sure I did all that was required.) I understand where everyone is coming from though. Some probably are not seeing a difference, but clearly some are.  This isn't the first time I seen a slow period though at least in the survey area. It's happened before and picked up again so I have no doubt in time things will be back to normal.

Also, I'm a member at many other similar sites and I also see the same situation there.
