house rentals on the beach

my family just had a reunion.
We rented a house for a week.
There were 12 of us with 4 family members staying somewhere else.

The place wasn't kept up well and there were problems with things working properly.
We had a list for the owners. The agent recognized our situation and will compensate us on  the final bill.
Flipside: we all had a great time being together.
