I was ordering something from Sears.
They told me there was an error with the first one.
There was a repeat order gone through by their mistake.
Then, "somehow", a third order was generated.
I was so relieved when the rep on the phone told me it would all get straightened out.

never had that happen, usually its drive through food Either I dont get my own order at all, or half my order is missing

I just had an order mix-up on my mail order RX's.  First reorder didn't go thru due to their computer issue so I placed it again.  It took the second one and I got emails saying BOTH orders were being worked on.  Then, I got a phone call saying a different RX # was being processed after the 12th.  I ended up calling them and hopefully its all straightened out but only time will tell.  Seems like there's always a problem somewhere!

One Time I Ordered Something From A Well Know Department Store And They Sent Me 3 Of Them Instead Of One. I Called The Company And they Told Me To Keep Them Because It Would Be Too Much Hassle Sending Them Back. I Was Only Charged For One And The Other 2 Made Great Gifts That Year

Nothing is worse than getting fast food mixed up, especially if you have kids that are picky.  It's like it's the end of the world if sauce is on their burger, so much drama.  :S

Recently I ordered something from Sears online, but for payment and pick-up to be at the store.  I picked it up the very next day. Days later I get an email saying my item was ready for pick-up!  Go figure!
